How CMPT Handle the Project?

This stage includes:

	Requirement Analysis Proposal & Quotation Approval of the step 2 from client. Issue of Work order with 50% of the agreed Amount from the client.

Project Production

In Addition to providing the client with a beautiful product, CMPT will provide the post project support to the client to make the product to reach the target audience. CMPT will welcome the feedback from different audience so that we can make a better product next time. The best way to improve the product is to address the critics of the product.

Different mediums of making the video reach the target audience will be provided to the client at an additional cost.

Quality Testing

The end product’s Quality Testing is an integral and critical phase of any kind of production.
This process assures that the newly developed product meets the functional and performance requirements.  And the products are reliable and match the quality expectation of the client.

Delivery

The delivery of the completed product will be done only after receipt of complete payment for the amount due from the client.

Cheques are subjected to realization.

Online Transfers are subjected to confirmation from our Banker.

The mode of delivery can be either online or CD Rom or  DVD deliverables.

We apply appropriate development process while delivering solutions for different segments.

The preproduction part of the solution consists of:

Draft work - Based on the Inputs of the Previous Process, Our creative team will come out with the Script / Story Board for the entire Project. The Story Board involves scene-by-scene shots that will be used in the Video Presentation.

After approval of the story Board from the client, the team will move onto the Production Part of the Project.

In this section, two kinds of development take place - Video Shots and 3D Animation.

Video Shots- The Video Shooting team along with the Director, Camera man, Sound Artist, Light Artist, Helpers will visit the facility to capture the shots required by the story Board. The Location of the shots will be decided in advance.

In this part of the process our Team carries out the following:

		3D Models are created by the Modelers
		Modelers will also do background and Set Modeling
		Rigging Specialists will do Rigging
		Lighting artist will do the Lighting of the Model as well as the Set
		Animators will do the animations so that we get the shots as described in the Story Board
		Rendering – different shots are rendered in this section
		Special effects are added at various shots.

Once the development process is over, our team moves on to the post production stage of the solutions. This stage embraces the process such as Voice Over, Music, Composing, Rendering, Feedback and incorporation of the changes, production of final video etc.

Voice Over – Professional artists will render their voice to the Presentation so that we capture the hearts of the audience.

Music – A melodious music will help us to go deep inside the hearts of the audience and make them emotional and touchy about the Houbara. If required we can compose an entirely new music at an extra cost.

Composing – All project parts are composed in this section. It will be a blend of Video, 3D animation, Voice Narration, special effects and Music to create a beautiful Product.

Rendering – All the above components are rendered to create the first cut of the 3d animation.

Feedback and incorporation of the changes – The first cut will be shown to the client, based on the feedback, the necessary changes are incorporated in the presentation so that we ensure that the visionary message is being communicated in the video.

Final Product – After incorporating the changes desired by the client (In context to the script), the product is ready for final Presentation.

This way, we make the entire process of developing a multimedia Presentation very much pleasurable for the client. They will enjoy the video as well as the journey of making the same.

After finalizing the design, we will start developing the Website. All online programs, visitor interactivity features, or database integration will be done and tested in this stage.

Build the Web Site with Content Management

The development phase involves converting the approved layouts into an operational website. Our developers work in close partnership with the designers to ensure that the actual website is an exact reflection of the final screen designs.

Integration of content with the design

Once the basic website framework has been established, our developers will begin integrating the content with the design. During the development phase our technicians will register your company's domain name and configure your email accounts. As an interim solution, we will create an attractive holding page that displays the basic contact information.

Quality check

Before the approved website is deployed on the live server, our developers conduct rigorous usability and quality assurance testing to ensure that your website functions correctly. Having successfully completed the exhaustive testing, our development team will place the website on our local staging server for your final review.

Once you are completely satisfied with the final product, your new website will be launched on our live server.
