UTL is the pioneer in implementing e-Governance projects.
UTL has implemented major State Wide Area Networks for
ushering in e-goverment. The first ever-statewide e-governance
network in India, Andhra Pradesh State Wide Area Network
(APSWAN), for Andhra Pradesh state was implimented by
UTL.
The largest state wide e governance network and largest
IP based network, Gujarat State Wide Area Network (GSWAN),
for Gujarat state was also implimented by UTL.. |

various citizen friendly services like e-seva and e-suvidha
to bring the government closer to the citizen. Presently

namely the smart card based driving license for Maharashtra
